Your receptionist and your assistant
A receptionist for your callers. An assistant for you.
Larkella answers your business line in the voice and tone of your business, books straight into your calendar and takes clear messages. Then it works for you: who called, what was booked, this week’s calls as a spreadsheet, a reminder set, a call made — ask by phone or WhatsApp. For dental offices, trades, clinics, salons, and any business whose phone rings while everyone’s busy.
- Picks up on the first ring, nights and weekends included
- Keeps your number — we forward it, nothing to port
- Ask your assistant anything: “Who called this morning? Send me the week as a spreadsheet.”
- Maya
Good morning, Maple Dental Barrhaven, this is Maya. How can I help?
- Caller
Hi, I’d like a cleaning later this week.
- Maya
I have Thursday the 23rd at 10:30 or Friday at 2:15. Which works?
- Caller
Thursday, 10:30.

You’re booked. Your code is 4-8-2-1 — I’ll text it to you.
The problem
Every missed call is a booking someone else gets. Every evening on admin is one you don’t get back.
Small offices don’t lose customers to bad work. They lose them to a phone that rang while everyone was busy, and to the paperwork that piles up after close.
The phone rings mid-procedure
Hands in a patient’s mouth or under a sink. The caller hangs up and tries the next name on the list.
Voicemail after five
Evening and weekend callers rarely leave a message, and the ones who do wait until morning.
Two lines, one person
The front desk can’t greet someone at the counter and answer a second call at the same time.
Notes on sticky paper
Messages get scribbled, half-remembered, and never reach the CRM or the person who needs them.
Admin at the kitchen table
The call list, the follow-ups, the week’s numbers — done at 10 pm, or not at all.
The same question, fifty times
“Do you take Sun Life?” “Where do I park?” “Open Saturday?” Answered by hand, every time, by whoever picked up.
How a call goes
A Tuesday night, a burst pipe, a plumber who is asleep.
This is what Rapid Rooter Plumbing’s line did at 23:41 last week, minute by minute.
- 23:41:02
Rapid Rooter, this is Sam. Is water coming in right now?
Answers on the first ring, 24/7. - 23:41:20
Yes — the basement in Bridlewood. It’s spraying from the wall.
Caller describes it in their own words. - 23:41:31
Turn the main valve by your water heater clockwise. I’m putting you through to our on-call plumber now.
Follows your emergency rules. - 23:42:05
Put through to on-call. Summary texted to the owner.
You wake up to one clear note.
What you see
A front desk you can read in one glance.
No dashboard to learn. Your day as a timeline, and a short list of the things only you can do.
- “Needs you” — questions Maya couldn’t answer, with a button to teach her
- Every booking with its confirmation code
- Changes to your website show up as suggestions you approve
- Talk to your assistant: “Who called this morning?”

Asked if you take Sun Life insurance
Voicemail after hours, 2:14
Two callers asked about Sun Life this week.
Your assistant
Ask it like you’d ask a good assistant.
The receptionist works for your callers. The assistant works for you: by voice in the app, or on WhatsApp and Telegram, with everything the receptionist heard and did.
Who called this morning, and what did they want?
Reads the day back to you, with what was done about each one.Send me this week’s calls as a spreadsheet.

Reminders that escalate to a phone call, not another notification.Call Rob and tell him the meeting moved to 3.

It re-reads your site on a schedule too; changes become suggestions you approve. When 613-555-0123 calls, put them through to me until the 30th.

Tell us your business and your mobile number. We build your receptionist and your assistant on the spot, then you call them from your phone.
How we set you up
You talk to us once. We do the rest.
No software to install and nothing to configure on your own. You review every answer before a single caller hears it.
A short call
Our own assistant answers. Tell it your business, hours, lines and what you want handled.
We draft your receptionist and your assistant
We read your website, write the greeting and answers, and send them to you to check.
Connect what you use
We forward your number and link your calendar and CRM with you. You sign in with two-factor.
Go live, then tune
Questions it couldn’t answer come back to you. One tap teaches it for next time.
We never ask for passwords, card numbers or keys over the phone. Those go through your own secure sign-in.
Works with what you have
Your number, your calendar, your CRM.
- Your existing number
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft 365
- HubSpot
- Built-in CRM
- Text messages
- WhatsApp calls & chats
- Slack alerts
Security & privacy
Your callers’ words stay yours.
Plain promises, enforced in software — not left to the AI’s good behaviour.
- Your own private stack. Each client runs separately, in a secure data centre in New York, USA.
- You choose retention. 30 days, 90 days, a year — there’s no default, and we remind you to review it.
- Nothing shared. Call records aren’t sold, pooled, or used to train anyone’s models.
- Callers can’t talk their way in. What the assistant may do is set by your rules in code; a clever caller can’t change them.
Questions
What owners ask us first
Will callers know it’s an AI?
Yes, if they ask — and you can have it say so up front. It sounds natural, but we don’t pretend it’s a person.
Is it only a receptionist?
No. The receptionist is for your callers. You also get an assistant for yourself: it tells you what came in, writes up calls, builds reports and spreadsheets, sets reminders and can phone people for you. Everything it may do is set by rules in code, not by what a caller says.
What happens when it doesn’t know an answer?
It says so, takes the caller’s details, and puts the question in “Needs you” with a button to add the answer for next time.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You forward your existing line to us, or only forward after hours. You can turn it off from your phone in seconds.
How is it priced?
Every office is different, so we quote after a short call based on your lines and how busy your phone is. You set a monthly cap, and we warn you well before you reach it.
Can it put a caller through to a real person?
Yes. You decide who gets put through and when — emergencies, a named patient, your own family — and everyone else gets a message taken.
